Rose Hill Plantation is a gated, semi-private community located approximately seven miles from the Hilton Head Island, SC bridge and has two separate plantation communities - Rose Hill Country Club (golf) & Rose Hill Estates (equestrian) on either side of of Hwy 278 in Bluffton. This 1,700-acre private community has an "equestrian side" and a "golf course side."

Rose Hill Estates

Homes on the the equestrian side features large one to three acre lots, many with great marsh views as this side of the plantation borders the breathtaking Colleton River. Amenties include an equestrian center, over ten miles of riding trails, polo fields, swimming and tennis facilities, boating, the Rose Hill Plantation House, & full access to 27-holes of golf.

Rose Hill Country Club

The Country Club side of the Plantation features is 27-hole golf course, a "LowCountry" style clubhouse with a pro shop, dining and lounge facilities. Homes and Homesites are more affordable single family types on this side of the plantation and begin around $220,000 with many golf and wooded views. Amenities also include swimming and tennis facilities.
